What are wellness candles?

Our wellness candles are 100% handmade and designed to support and encourage self-care through aromatherapy.  Our candles create a relaxing atmosphere to contribute to your overall wellness.  Each candle contains a special charm inside called a Chakra charm.

Each candle is adorned with a vibrant array of flowers and leaves crafted from a blend of soy, beeswax and coconut oil.  This design is meant to visually evoke a lotus pond, symbolizing spirituality, strength and triumph.  The flowers and leaves are intended to remain on the candle and will gracefully melt into the wax pool as the candle is lit.

What is the best way to safely burn the candle?

Always burn candles within sight and never leave a burning candle unattended.  Only burn candle on a heat-proof surface and keep away from drafts and things that can catch fire.  Also, keep out of reach of children and pets. Always keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before lighting candle each time.  Keep wax pool free of debris and stop burning candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains.

What is a Chakra charm and what can I do with it?

A chakra charm is a special charm placed inside our wellness candles.  It represents the seven levels of consciousness and serves as a reminder to prioritize self-care and sustain balance in all elements of life.

Chakra charms can be added to your keychain, or even your jewelry.  They look great as an addition to your favourite necklace or earrings. It can also be used in aesthetics, home decor, or used in crafts. It can also be kept in a safe place or be taken with you. Overall, the purpose of the Chakra charm is to spiritually assist you in realigning the body and restoring balance.  For more information on Chakra, please refer to our About page.  If you aren’t interested in Chakra charms, that’s totally fine! You can just enjoy our candles as they are or give as a gift to someone who spark interest in Chakra and wellness.

I burned the candle for a few hours and I cannot find the charm. Where is the charm?

The Chakra charm is wrapped in aluminum foil and is located near the edge of the jar.  The charm is located near the Ignited Charm sticker on the jar.  Once you find the charm, it is important that you extinguish the candle flame before retrieving it.  We recommend you retrieve the charm using either tweezers, a small spoon, or any tool of your choice that can safely remove the charm from the melted wax pool.  Once you retrieve the charm, remove excess wax with tissue and carefully unwrap the aluminum foil.

Why does my candle have a frosty like appearance?

Soy wax candles are known to develop frost around the surface.  This is a natural occurrence of soy wax and will not affect the burn quality and scent throw of the candle.  Frosting also means the candle is made with 100% pure clean soy wax. 

What is your shipping process and how can I track my order?

We ship within 2 - 4 business days after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship in Canada. We will expand internationally in the future.

What should I do if there is an issue with my shipment?

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damage, please Contact Us.  We will be happy to assist you and resolve issues in a timely matter.

What is your return/refund and exchange policy?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not in control for how your order was handled by shipment, which is why we do not refund shipping fees.  However, if your order has arrived damaged and/or broken, please Contact Us immediately within 30 days of your purchase.  We will resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Please note: If you receive your candle(s) looking slightly melted, we unfortunately can not control temperatures your shipment may have been exposed to.  We understand the appearance may not look as immaculate, but this will NOT impact the burn and scent quality of your candle.  We do apologize as we cannot offer a refund or exchange for that. 

What happens with my personal information when I create an account and/or place an order?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.  When you place an order, we will only use the information you provide to process your orders and communicate with you about your purchase.  If you also subscribe to our email listing, we will email you news about new candle arrivals and other promotional materials.  We do NOT sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties.

I do not like the scent of the candle I ordered. Can this be refunded?

All sales are final. We unfortunately do not provide a refund. However, we do recommend our Tea Lights Package that have a sample of all of our candle scents.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We do not offer cancellations for your order.  All sales are final.
