Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. 

While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it is cushioned and protected, we are not responsible for how your order is handled during shipping. As a result, shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately within 30 days of your purchase. We are dedicated to resolving your issue promptly.

Please note: If you receive your candle(s) looking slightly melted, we unfortunately can not control temperatures your shipment may have been exposed to. We understand the appearance may not look as immaculate, but this will NOT impact the burn and scent quality of your candle. We do apologize as we cannot offer a refund or exchange for that.
